Nice place to stay in Torres del Paine National Park, if compared to other hotels. Everything is outstanding, appreciated my time here. It has best possible, reasonable setting, just next door to the most scenic, beautiful and strenuous hike in the Park as well as experiencing the area. The main bar offers soft drinks.

Had brilliant stay for 4 nights. I had extensive and delicious breakfasts with wine, fresh fruits plus including local dishes. I appreciated the room for access to trails, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was set in a remote area near a hike.

Thank you for a really good stay for 2 nights as a group under Gate 1. The hotel has wonderful and incredible location in a sea of below mediocracy performances at Las Torres. It's adjacent to the center of the national park, main areas and hiking the "W " trail.

The place was reasonably priced. They offered us top quality and beautifully maintained rooms with a jacuzzi, great big bed plus a mountain view. The staff were outstandingly helpful and caring and the location was best possible in the restaurant on one night which was very good. The main bar was a delightful surprise.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the national park, making it easy to access the start of the base of Towers walk and conveniently located for shuttle rides to the start of many other hikes. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Better choose this place to stay when in Torres del Paine National Park. There is plenty of tasty food for breakfast. The room is very well decorated and there are exquisite views of the snaow-caped mountain. The location is best possible and spectacular for exploring Torres del Paine National Park. It provides large restaurant nearby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The transfers provided were on time and convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay.
There were some negative aspects of the experience. The service in the restaurant was poor, with food arriving before the wine on multiple occasions.
